"Top hotel, we love it and go as often as we can. This year cigarette smoke ruined my wellness experience. My clothes even began to smell of smoke and my bedroom. The smoke travels up from the pool area which is full of people smoking in the sunshine. They should be away from the hotel and sadly the smoke even goes into spa area itself . Totally destroyed wellness vibe."

"Lovely hotel for anyone seeking relaxation and quietness. The pool was 31 degrees and big enough. The garden was beautiful. Full board was mostly ok; good quality but lacked taste. The hotel did not have AC or any kind of ventilation, and that was a nightmare because it was hot. Fortunately the surroundings were so quiet that the window could stay open at nights. If the hotel had an AC, better mattresses and finer linen, it would have been absolutely perfect hotel."

"Deceptive experience in restaurant – never again! Our visit to the restaurant of Hotel Beretta was a great disappointment. The chicken was not fresh – it tasted as if it had been cooked and only heated days ago. The potatoes were also old, and the salad was half black and apparently destroyed. When I told the server gentlemen, she did not respond professionally – she took the dishes out without words and answered me angryly in Italian. No new food was offered or an excuse was made. After that the servant was simply disappeared. We left the restaurant and went back to the room. I feel very unwell and just wish to go home. I can't absolutely recommend this hotel and I will definitely never come back here. Review: 0 of 5 stars."

"This is a perfect hotel for families and we were impressed with all the staff we had interaction with. The food was good and plentiful with a variety of dishes every day. The ski school was amazing and the children were taught well and enjoyed every single session. Our one slight disappointment was that any cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate was extra outside of breakfast. That just took the rating down for us when in comparison with other 4 or 5 star hotels that we have stayed in."

"Location is easily accessible on foot from the lake. Bus connection nearby. Rooms super clean, bathrooms nice. The staff is really nice and always available. We had half pension which was definitely worth it. The pools and the outside is nice and new, we didn't use the spa."
