Bed & Breakfast Der Tiroler ★★★
"Unfortunately, the roof window was unclear. It was strongly weathered, which was very unfavorable. It was touched in the middle of the night. Then I put myself a towel in the window. That was just how it kept for the night."
Posthotel Achenkirch Resort and Spa - Adults Only ★★★★★
"As a whole, the experience was okay, but really not a 5-star service. The price-quality realtionship is not there. We had way better experiences in 4-star hotels... Details: -The staff at the reception is not very efficient (issues with the Achensee Guest Card, long check-in process) + no ski shuttle? the hotel has a shuttle-bus, but they do not vehicle their guests to the ski station - it's 5 min drive... -Pool & Spa: the pools are not hot enough for winter, the best jaccuzzi is "textil-free" only, that's sad ! the jaccuzzi inside is old and cold. The classic zone (with textil) is too old compared to textil-free... -Massage: it was great, but it's not warm enough in the room + the music is not calm + the light was full on, you cannot really relax. -Bar: the bartenders are not really friendly. One night we asked for a homemade lemonade - we were told "okay but not tomorrow because we will be too busy"... -Restaurant: the food was good, only the salad bar at night is a little sad - nothing really seasoned, only raw veggies... The service one night was totally off (we waited 40min for the main course) - no real excuses from the kitchen, a waiter just came with Schnaps as an apology, but was really aggressive. -Room: the office table in the room does not fit with the "mountain mood", the bathroom is a little "altmodisch", the shower tap is broken..."
Das Kronthaler - Adults Only ★★★★
"Lovely hotel for anyone seeking relaxation and quietness. The pool was 31 degrees and big enough. The garden was beautiful. Full board was mostly ok; good quality but lacked taste. The hotel did not have AC or any kind of ventilation, and that was a nightmare because it was hot. Fortunately the surroundings were so quiet that the window could stay open at nights. If the hotel had an AC, better mattresses and finer linen, it would have been absolutely perfect hotel."
Familienparadies Sporthotel Achensee - Families Only ★★★★
"POSITIVE: - Friendly staff - Good location. Lake is 15mins bike ride away and int he back of the hotel there is a path to hike. - We stayed at the Bambini suite MICKEY. Very spacious. - Horse stables are cute our pony riding was a highlight for our son. NEGATIVE: - WiFi connectivity very poor. Not available at all in some public places. - Kitchen staff friendly but not professional, e.g. didn’t know the dishes on the menu - Kids club facilities run down and in the basement. Doesn’t feel like a hotel facility at all. - No air conditioning. Extremely hot in the room and restaurant. Asked for a fan but were told that it cools down at night. - Restaurant facilities way too little and hence very crowded. We ate quickly and left immediately after as it was just not an inviting atmosphere. - Kitchen smell travels all the way into the second floor hallway - No view from breakfast and dining area except of a busy road or parking lot. - Food quality poor and limited options. - SPA staff not trained properly; I think one of the worst massages I ever had."
Vaya Achensee ★★★★
"Beautiful, clean accommodation, great wellness and amazing food. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back."
Hotel Beretta ★★★
"The arrival in the cozy garden was a highlight of our Alps crossing. And that, although we had many great accommodations. Simplely cozy and totally nice operators*in. The dinner was super. The price-performance ratio was absolutely applied. Not supetchick but just cozy!"
Appartementhaus Sunshine ★★★
Christlum ★★★
"Everything was fine. It would have been nice if the windows could be darkened!!!"
Seekarblick ★★★★
"Good location, calm, close to the ski lift"

"Sauna could not be used. The sloping ceiling in the room with a double bed was hardly accessible. The height was far too low. Had to dig into bed."
Hochunnutz
"We felt very comfortable in the large apartment. The only thing we would have liked was a little more dishes, with 2 deep plates and 3 people that was a little sparse for us, but that's complaining at a high level."
