"We have sleeped a night in this farmhouse, a notable smell of muffa, very wet and definitely antique. It was supposed to be a stall converted then into a apartment or at least this is the feeling. In the area there are quite better facilities"

"It was all perfect. Great pool, clean and beautiful rooms and delicious food. It is a family business , which makes it very familiar. Marco ( super host) looks to the right. His wife cooks for the guests in the evening and her son is in service. The nonna was there too. The parking is on the area and is protected by a large iron door. We will be back there next week and we're very happy!!!!"

"I have been several times in this farmhouse and except for some sin, it was in line with the others in the area, a mulete separate to get there where you risk to ruin the car (and this already ...) . Since they have raised prices in a modest way, without aligning or including services, it has fallen below the average. €85 per night only for breakfast is the price of a 4-star in Riccione in high season not for a viterbese farm. The area is at the same level of comfort as 30% less. "
