"This hotel is quite disappointing. On the one hand, the hotel lobby and restaurant are beautifully restored in the original Art Deco style. And the food in the restaurant was decent. The hotel experience itself, however, is quite poor. Rooms are shabby and tired. Carpet stained and torn in the hallways. Door to the room cheaply made, and furniture in the room very generic and cheap. To top off the cheapness, the instant coffee that was provided on the first day was not replenished on the second day (we stayed for two nights). We thought it was a mistake, and called downstairs, when we were told that the guests only receive the little coffee packets on the first night. How cheap is that??? Honestly, don’t recall any hotel ever in my life having such a policy. It would cost, at most fifty cents to provide the instant coffee, but somehow this ridiculous cost-cutting measure and making the hotel guests unhappy is worth it to the hotel."

"We spent a weekend with my friends in this hotel. You wouldn't understand from the photos that this 5-star hotel has 1 Finnish and 1 hot steam sauna. There are 6 loungers in the relaxation area. Then 1 small indoor and outdoor pool full of children who have nothing else to do there to entertain themselves. And 2 small jacuzzis. There are about 12 loungers by the pool. I don't know what the hotel's capacity is, but it is several times higher than what the so-called wellness offers. You have nowhere to hang your bathrobe or towel, it's constantly wet around the pool, where everyone slips.No one refills the toilet paper and no one cares that it's so wet. If the hotel wasn't called a spa, it would be quite nice."

"Information about this hotel is intentionally misleading. 1) it states it’s located 131 feet from the castle, which is a lie. It’s about 300m away amongst 3 other hotels. Some of the rooms are in the very back of the complex with no views to speak of. 2) if you’re not used to the lack of amenities of a traditional European hotel, like I wasn’t, then I’d advise not to stay here. There’s no fundamental amenities like AC, shampoo or conditioner. 3) the furnishing of hotel rooms looks ok in the photos, and the description made it sound very upscale. It is not. All furnishing is very cheap and not even very clean. I regretted staying at this hotel 100% and currently seeking a full refund."
