"Very good hotel. I stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The view from the room is absolutely stunning!! The best view I have ever had. The rooms are old, but it was clean and comfortable. Aircondition worked well. Breakfast was free. Cute cats live there and owner is very friendly. Would stay again"

"It's the 4th time we've been to Irides and it's still fantastic 🤗☀️🇬🇷🏖️ Here are my 3 main reasons to visit Irides again and again: 1. It feels like coming home, You sleep well in good beds and the family is fantastic. 2. You get your shoulders down and forget everything about challenges at home. 3. The view directly out to, and the sound of the sea is pure balm for the soul. I would especially like to thank Andreas for his good food and Dimitra for her wonderful homemade jam and not at least Spiros for his helpfulness and loving nature. "Lovely stay at the Xanthippi hotel, we stayed 4 nights from May 30th, our first time in Aegina and we opted for the quieter Souvala rather than Aegina town. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all, lovely airy room with a great sea view, very comfortable large bed and great shower, small kitchenette area with sink, fridge and two ring electric hob and a very effective air conditioning unit plus fan. The decor was modern and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast’s were a real treat, freshly cooked variety of eggs (the Greek scrambled were delicious), meats, cheese, fresh bread, muffins and various sweet treats served overlooking the lovely gardens. The beach, whilst small is in a lovely sheltered bay a couple of minutes walk from the hotel the sea is both calm and shallow, if a little ‘fresh’ There are plenty of beach beds and umbrellas, the taverna on the beach, like most in Greece didn’t charge provided drinks and/or food was purchased which were delivered to your sunbed, be aware though that the beds weren’t put out until 1st June and this varies each year. The owners and staff were all really helpful and friendly, we’ll definitely be back"

"Very quaint, nice, clean hotel. Location is ideal from the port and promenade. Good beaches nearby. Staff is very helpful and caring. They were able to arrange an island tour for us and provided a map and sights to see within the town. Excellent breakfast in a very relaxing atmosphere. Courtyard is perfect to enjoy an afternoon drink. Recommend this hotel while staying in Aegina. Great value!"

"A horrible old dump. Run-down. The bathroom is 1 square meter and stinks of urine. Everything is old, from the 70s, cheaply painted over. All the bathroom fixtures are loose. The room wasn't cleaned in four days, but the bathroom was cleaned daily."
