"This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire room is covered in rat droppings. There's no hot water. At night, mice or rats would crawl around the room and gnaw on the cookies until I got up and put them in the fridge. We stayed for one night to decide where to stay on the coast. Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances; it's simply unsafe from a health standpoint."

To highlight the access to Ahangama Beach is a great space created by Harding's team to enjoy the Ocean and the Sun. It is noteworthy to mention the team and who they are at Harding's. They communicate well with each other and are always there with you, always with a big smile. I always appreciate our little chats and the space you have given me each time, and thank you for being a great team. "Privacy is available for sure since the property is secluded. Rooms are spacious but not clean enough for a 5 star hotel standard. Linen is old, crusty and dirty. Curtains are filthy. It’s always better to include a TV and a phone to the room. Without the phone you always have to go to the reception. The à la carte menu is very limited for a 5 star property. The open concept toilet is great but it’s better to get new blinds. Couldn’t even turn the lights off because switches weren’t working!"

"I can’t recommend this place enough. I came for couple of days and stayed almost two weeks😁 Very clean space, friendly and caring staff, delicious food and coffee. They also have themed menu days, and bbqs. Lum is welcoming people with open arms and hospitality. The location is also great: it’s walking distance to Kabalana beach (which is clean and nice beach), some good cafes nearby, and it’s very quiet."
