"My daughter and her children came home from Sydney, so we planned a river trip. Since the children get carsick, we looked for a place not too far away and found a newly renovated detached house accommodation. We booked 40 days in advance and stayed for two nights. On the day of arrival, we drove from Yokohama to a nearby location, but when we weren't sure where it was, we called. They waited for us and came right away to guide us. Although we had planned for an unmanned check-in, they gave us direct directions, which was very helpful. My grandsons, aged 3, 6, and 9, were very happy and felt at home. The bedding was clean and fluffy, and we all slept soundly until morning. Even after the river trip, they were excited to go to Tiger House and stayed the night! There were toys for the children, and it was great that they could watch YouTube and Amazon Prime. Cooking utensils, basic seasonings, toiletries, and basic cosmetics were also provided. There were four air conditioners, so we were able to stay comfortably and cool. There's an Aeon Mall nearby, so we watched a movie and enjoyed the food court and restaurants. Finally, I was contacted about my lost item and was able to go pick it up, which was great. Thanks to everyone, I was able to create wonderful memories and relax, so I'm just grateful."
