The Marison Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel has a great location with a view of Mayon Volcano from the window, and it's also very close to SM Mall. Overall, the stay was good. One thing to mention is that there was a persistent odor coming from the shower drain in the bathroom every time I took a shower. I wonder if this is a common issue."
Casablanca Suites Near Airport ★★★
"No internet access..cockroachs roaming around inside the room.."
Hotel St. Ellis ★★★★
"The hotel is recommendable"
Misibis Bay ★★★★★
"Great experience and location"
Casa Lorenzo powered by Cocotel ★★★
"We booked this hotel because of the affordable rate, but now we understand why it was cheap. The room we were given was not clean when we arrived, and overall service was extremely poor. I approached the night shift front desk officer (I believe his name was Clement) because our heater wasn’t working. Instead of helping, he responded rudely and simply said there was no housekeeping available — with zero concern or effort to assist us. We also pre-ordered breakfast for 6:00 AM since we had an important meeting, yet it arrived past 7:00 AM and made us late. The food was unpleasant, and even the hot drink was just a sachet of Milo no cup or hot water at all! Its not even prepared properly. We really hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Definitely not recommended unless improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and food quality."
Lotus Blu Hotel ★★★
"Lotus Blu is close to several Malls and a good central location. The hotel is nice and clean. We had a Queen room which was good, a nice shower, but very small towels. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable choice based around Filipino food, however the hot food was often cold. Great Chef who will make you an omelette. We checked in very late and ended up having the room opposite the lifts and Housekeeping, so a bit of noise. Overall a good experience for the price."
Proxy by The Oriental Albay ★★★
"The hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service."
The Oriental Legazpi ★★★★★
"The stay was made even more memorable by the excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. We really enjoyed our meals while taking in the stunning view of Mt. Mayon."
Meaco Royal Hotel - Tabaco ★★

Emmie Hotel
Hotel Sentro Legazpi
"Facilities: Very simple, lower your expectations, benchmark it against domestic guesthouses. But the bed is very soft and comfortable. You can take a hot shower. Hygiene: Cleaned very clean, the bedding and towels are fragrant. Environment: Located in the city center, with restaurants, banks, and department stores nearby. The rooms facing the street can see the volcano. Service: 5 stars! Can meet any of your requirements! Always stand up, bow and greet people with a smile when entering the door."
Bernese Resort Hotel powered by Cocotel
"Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable. The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos) The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast."
Casa Bicolandia Suites
"I will review on the older building where i was booked. For the price, it's not worth it. The room was old, amenities were very basic, bathroom has no divisions so it can be a mess once u take a shower (it's door jambs had termites so the wood dust would dirty the area. Breakfast is at the 2nd floor of the new building. It rained a bit and caused a flooding at the street separating the buildings. They had to make a make shift bridge (after some prodding) for us to cross. Parking is at the new building too. It is cramp and hard to move once other cars were there. Breakfast is okay. The employees were respectful and good."
