"Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable. The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos) The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast."

"I would highly recommend Proxy Hotel in Legaspi City to my officemates ,our international visitors in the university, my business partners and their families. The breakfast buffet is superb. My family loved the place, the coziness and safety-ness of the area and the warm welcome, the room is spacious and i love their pool too. I am just looking for a refrigerator even small and slippers too. When i entered the parking lot it was 7pm. The parking was very dark,( no solar lights, no lighted posts, no security or parking attendant to assist us, just to make the person who would park there feel safe) with very small parking space just enough for an SUV to fit in after 4attempts for a slant parking. Over-all it was a good experience inside."

"We booked the pool villa with our very own pool and a clear view of the sea. The room was very clean and cozy and it was just a great experience for me and my family. The staff was very eager to indulge our requests and we really appreciated it. They also have a restaurant that offers good food with really affordable prices. My favorites were the Lumpiang Shanghai and Lomi. The best Lomi in Albay, in my opinion. I also loved swimming in their sea-water pool. It was so refreshing and I was also able to do some laps. Overall, Costa Palmera is the Best resort in Sto. Domingo and would definitely recommend for everyone to visit. Kudos to the Costa Palmera management for accomodating us."

"We booked this hotel in October 2025 for today for 3 nights for 2 rooms, Had email to ask if I would like to cancel but declined, had numerous messages about what time we would arrive, when arrived was told there was no room for us as a wedding had been booked in, they offered no solutions until we insisted on them resolving the issue, we were shown to another hotel which was awful and they just shrugged their shoulders, we eventually found another hotel which was twice the price and not as nice so beware as they don’t care and will just double book for more money"
