Celia Residence ★★★
"On arrival at midnight the “keypad” system with a code did not work and I couldn’t get into my hotel room. I called the emergency number and it was a mobile phone locked in the reception drawer… I had to pay for a hotel around the corner which luckily in August had rooms. As a female solo traveller I think this is totally unacceptable. I spoke to *********** and the hotel reception and neither of them offered me a refund for the money spent in another hotel. Disgusting.. the hotel was clean but the building was noisey and the rooms very basic. Would not stay here again."
Urban Suites ★★★★
"It's really good, except the cars on the road are noisy."
Blue Sea Hotel Alimos ★★★★
"We stayed here for the last night of our Greece holiday, as we had a late flight the following day and wanted to be able to park our rental car safely and spend the day on the beach. The hotel is in a nice residential area, has off-road parking, is a five-minute walk from a private city beach and is very close to several very good restaurants (our favourite being Emagie). The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant and let us leave our car there, after checkout, until later in the day when we left for the airport. Our family room was spacious, clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The rooms and corridors could certainly do with some updating, especially the floors but the lobby area, bar and dining room have been refurbished and look good. The buffet breakfast was good and as you'd expect it, though some figs on our last day would have made it perfect :)"
Tropical Hotel ★★★★
"Very beautiful hotel and close to the sea and to the transportation. Very good breakfast and the stuff is very professional and kind especially in reception, helped me with every question I had. Is also very clean and looking pretty new. I would recommend it 100%."
Maison 66, Riviera Hotels ★★★
"The room was large and clean, the air conditioning was great and very warm, there was a TV, a safe, slippers, a lounge chair, and a large balcony. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the bathroom; the moisture couldn't escape quickly and it was quite cold. There was a large full-length mirror and a work desk. Surprisingly, there was an elevator on the third floor. There was also free coffee. The uncle and aunt who worked there the day before yesterday were incredibly kind and friendly. Across the street is the beautiful and clean Mediterranean coastline. It takes an hour by bus to get to the city center. The room was very clean."
Scale Suites ★★★★
"I recently stayed at Scale Suits and have been a repeat guest since 2022. Each visit strengthens my appreciation for this hotel, for family or solo travels. From the moment I arrived, the staff's exceptional service impressed me. Katerina at the reception stands out for professionalism and friendliness. The facilities and accommodations always meet my expectations. My room is immaculately clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped. Reliability is a hallmark of Scale Suits. Room service, housekeeping, and special requests are handled efficiently and consistently. I recommend Scale Suits for outstanding service, high quality, and reliability. I look forward to returning!"
Marina Alimos Hotel Apartments ★★★
"Great sunset views from the balcony, perfect setup a family, close to Greek tavern restaurant & coffee shop, bit of a walk to the beach & awesome Cafe."
Salty 2bed Bliss and Comfort ★★★★
"The location of the apartment is very good, restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops are all. It is also close to the beach. The room is clean and the cabinets are all available. It is the same as the picture. I and the child have a pleasant two weeks here. The only opinion is. The bedding. The blanket is too thin. There is a room with a cover. The pillow can be softer. One point, it is perfect. In short, I will choose here next time ☺️"
Galaxy Hotel ★★★
"My previous experiences at this hotel were much better. It seems like pandemic had some side effects (this was a COVID hotel). On the website, I read the incorrect information that breakfast is served at the top. The rooms have been renovated. Slippers and a set of toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. There were 4 problems with the room I got - there was no key to the safe. The door to the terrace could not be closed, the light in the room did not work, and neither did the hairdryer in the bathroom. The receptionist offered me to move to another room the next day. I think it could have been coordinated, to prepare my room first, after 11 a.m., instead of wasting 3 hours, waiting for 2 p.m. to move. Breakfast is worse than a few years ago. All the time, 2 police officers were present at the hotel reception 24 hours a day. On the last night, the new, younger night receptionist, who seemed confused, told me that his colleague from the morning shift had not told him that I needed a takeaway breakfast because I was leaving early. Still, he said he would do it, and he wrote down the time he should call me to the room in the morning. Neither I got a call, nor the breakfast was ready. When I went down to check out, the receptionist did not have a reasonable answer why, in accordance with the agreement, breakfast was not prepared for me and why he did not call me. I think that he is not functional (able ) to perform the mentioned job, unlike the other, older night receptionist. I would like to mention that at the time I was staying in the hotel there were several free rooms. For this reason, then because I am staying in the hotel for the third time (2017,2018) as well as due to numerous inconveniences, I asked the receptionist who works in the afternoon shift if I could pay extra for 1 more day and stay 2, which means, pay for 4 days and stay 5. I think his reaction was not only surprising and unprofessional but also passive-aggressive. As an active tourist, I have had numerous benefits in terms of hotels, and I will mention only those related to Athens: in 2023, I received 1 free day at another hotel in Alimos after my stay, and in 2024, I also received a free day at the Brown Hotel in the Omonia area, with only 2 days spent. I am glad if I completed the deficit of information about the hotel's practices to the receptionist in order to motivate the guests to return to them. Even if someone is surprised, it is necessary that the reaction be reduced because we do not communicate as private acquaintances but as business associates. Because of all the above, it is clear that a realistic rating would be 2. Due to the satisfaction with the price offered by Alexandros, due to the fact that the receptionists are mostly professional and because I got a better room than the one I paid for, I will give a higher rating. I think that in this hotel it is best to be placed in the side part with a sea view"
