"Stayed at this hotel on our way back from England. On arrival we were expecting tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were not provided. We requested while we were going out to the nearest beach and on our return were found a kettle in the room no cups coffee or tea shocking for a hotel really We later had to go down stairs to buy hot drinks. I would expect these facilities to be provided in the rooms. Especially after a long trip you just need a hot drink in your room. Bed were ok by mattresses kept coming of the base for some reason. It was a bother all the time even if you just sit on the edge of the bed the mattress will move. I have never seen anything like it. We stayed in a family room the kids 's room had not bed side lamps The owners need to make some improvements to their hotel . I don't think I will stay at this hotel ever again"
