"Been before, always good. This time poor. Absent reception staff in evening. No call button. No notice saying what to do. Found them in bar chatting. No apology given. They then proceeded to attend to someone else who'd arrived after me. I chose not to complain, it is my way. Good manners cost nothing though. In my room, my TV was not working. Again, I chose not to complain. It would have been to the same member of staff. But the different morning staff at breakfast couldn't have been more helpful. What a difference a day makes!"
