"This hotel is near to the Annemasse station, about 70m away. The access into hotel is via access card. The room has comfortable beds, kitchen with a stove and microwave, some utensils. You can also refill water at the lobby. Overall it's a comfortable stay if you were to get to Geneva at day time and come back to stay to save cost."

The hotel in general is great, location and all, but the employee **************, aggressive, rude, unprofessional, a person with serious emotional and mental problems, even having the unbelievable audacity to mock me in French, imagining that I didn't understand (since I was communicating in Spanish), unbalanced and incompetent to unimaginable levels, a coward who only stopped the aggression when a man got off the elevator because we were alone in the reception area. A complete ******** and coward. I have stayed at this same unit numerous times and was incredibly well-served by previous employees. I could easily be locked up. I took photos and videos to protect myself against this incapable individual."
