"This hotel is relatively new and continues the AccorHotels service standards. The reception is very good and it has air conditioning. It is much cheaper than hotels in Geneva city and the hardware facilities are good. It takes only more than 20 minutes to get from Geneva Main Station. It is just opposite the station. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the station, which is very convenient. Highly recommended"

"Bom dia! Depois de varias hospedagens neste mesmo hotel sempre satisfatórias, desta vez foi muito diferente, chegando mesmo a receber ameaça física de um atendente completamente descontrolado e desequilibrado na recepção, vou narrar os fatos. Durante a minha última hospedagem pedi autorização para fazer umas encomendas de pequenos pacotes na SHEIN e Temu para ser entregues no hotel, prontamente me autorizaram, já que sou hóspede frequente, me dando um postitch com endereços correto e cep( anexo a baixo), sendo assim uma das encomendas foi recebida devidamente como combinado, já as seguintes aparentemente as regras teriam mudado, porém não me foi informado nem por e-mail ou SMS e nem ligação de que não receberiam mais nada, então no dia de ontem recebi uma ligação da transportadora informando que foram três tentativas de entrega mal sucedidas e que eu teria de ir até a transportadora recuperar minhas encomendas, o detalhe é que já estava trabalhando em uma cidade a 80 quilómetros de distância, o entregador estava frente ao balcão, na companhia dos funcionários quando me fez a ligação, e óbvio e justo seria receber a mesma pois já estavam com um primeiro pacote e não me informaram que as regras tinham mudado, pois bem o transtorno foi enorme, sai do trabalho peguei o carro e percorri a distância ate o hotel, chegando lá um atendendo senhor mais velho foi extremamente agressivo, descontrolado chegando a fazer caretas infantis e imitando minhas falas, olhos arregalados como se fosse me impor medo e pior fazendo menção de se levantar e agir fisicamente, pessoa essa completamente incapaz de estar no atendimento ao público e dizendo que não importava se o hotel estava errado que eu não deveria explanar um problema que era meu, independente de que o hotel tenha gerado, senhor agressivo, rude, completamente incapaz para a função que exerce, desequilíbrio total, envio a baixo as fotos do primeiro pacote recebi e da autorização dos mesmos no hotel, não desejo voltar a me hospedar no mesmo até que essa pessoa não seja retirada da função de recepcionista pois uma mulher de 1.58 com 60 quilos é impossível se defender de um troglodita como aquele senhor já com certa idade e descontrolado, espero alguma resposta da plataforma e recomendo observar as câmeras da recepção para ver minha postura e as atitudes do tal atendente incapaz , obrigado"

"This hotel is near to the Annemasse station, about 70m away. The access into hotel is via access card. The room has comfortable beds, kitchen with a stove and microwave, some utensils. You can also refill water at the lobby. Overall it's a comfortable stay if you were to get to Geneva at day time and come back to stay to save cost."

"Basic hotel, but clean and with air conditioning that worked really well on a baking hot 35C day! Bed was comfy and the area is quiet, so for a great nights sleep. Just a short walk from Annemasse train station, so conveniently located too. I even offered a pain au chocolate on check in!"

"This hotel is very close to SNCF Annemasse Station. You can get there 10 minutes on foot and take 20 minutes trains to Geneva City Centre. The room facilities are a bit old and not very clean. There is a bar downstairs, which is a bit noisy on weekend nights. There is also construction going on at the entrance of the hotel. Some hotel staff don’t speak English. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and the price of extra breakfast is a bit expensive. But there is a kettle in the room and the hotel front desk did not charge a deposit upon check-in. Compared to hotels in Geneva, the hotel prices here are cheaper. It’s a good choice for travelers to Geneva."
