"Booked a three day stay in the honeymoon suite, arrived and the room was not prepared, had to ask for a TV, hot water kettle. There was insufficient lighting in the room with no light in the shower, the windows had no curtains had to use towels to cover for privacy. No wifi in the room and no transportation as advertised. Ants in the room had to be sprayed , large spiders and barking dogs along with their do do on the beach. Food was expensive so ate elsewhere. Place is in disrepair not like the photos taken 20 years ago. Would not recommend!"

"I recently stayed for 1 night and unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory. The room was very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was clogged with dirt and debris left from the previous guest, and it did not appear to be cleaned before check-in. The TV was not working, and the window was broken with no repair made. The overall condition of the room felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially when staying alone at night. Additionally, communication with the front desk was lacking. There were no greetings upon arrival, and guests had to initiate interaction themselves. I hope the management considers renovating the rooms and implementing regular maintenance and housekeeping checks. Improving staff courtesy would also greatly enhance the guest experience."

"This place is really messy. For the price we paid, definitely not worth it. The rooms are super dusty, I couldn’t breathe properly. I kept sneezing and wasn’t able to sleep. The bathrooms are filthy, I wouldn’t dare take a shower and had to use them as minimal as possible. Please be warned."
