The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. Квартира очень хорошая. Но сложно найти если на машине. В день звезда прислали информацию об онлайн чекинн только в 15.30. Пришлось заполнять все на месте. Парковочное место не было доступно и находится в 5ти минутах.

Это замечательное место: яркий дизайн и чистота. Стратегически расположено очень удобно: автовокзал находится прямо в том же здании под землей. Там же метро. Я жила на 10 этаже и весь город был как на ладони! Однозначно рекомендую!

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.

The hotel is quite new overall. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM, but you can leave your luggage in the adjacent student dormitory building (up a small hill 😃). Unfortunately, the room didn't have a kettle or cups, only glass tumblers. There was just one frying pan and one pot. All other amenities were excellent. The gym is quite spacious and well-equipped for a hotel.

There's confusion when booking; they say two rooms but there's only one. The ad says studio but it says two rooms—it's an advertising error.

The property is excellent, but the service leaves a lot to desire. My reservation was for 16 days, and I did not have any of my requests answered. The cleaning was made only once, missing 2 days for my exit. There was no tool in the kitchen, I had to buy everything, and despite my requests, I never received any answer. The washing work is very useful to keep a lot of time, and the academy is also very interesting.
