"We spent four wonderful nights at this spa hotel and couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay. After reading the reviews on this page, I must confess I was a little scared, but, at least in our case, we found a modern, clean hotel with spacious facilities worthy of its four-star rating. It's true that there are some maintenance issues that show a bit of neglect, and the room layout (especially the shower) may not be to everyone's liking. The location was unbeatable: right in the town square of Orduña, with easy parking nearby and just over a five-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was quite comprehensive (especially the dessert section). The spa was fabulous. The facilities aren't very spacious, but they were perfect for the crowd we shared. It's worth remembering that this isn't a spa, but a health resort, whose waters have medicinal properties. In short, we left satisfied."

"This is the best hotel we have stayed in for the price I’m so glad we chose this one as it was a very comfortable room huge twin beds, very comfortable mattresses, pillows and bedding. One comfy arm chair plus desk chair, suitcase stands, glasses, mugs, kettle etc mini fridge , bottled water provided, excellent shower with quality fittings. Very quiet room and excellent location for the city centre and the river and metro & tram stops. Highly recommend"
