Amazing
GGuest UserLocation is on the Center excellent with a view on the main square , next to all shops , 10 min from the museum, very nice quiet rooms . Excellent breakfast . Garage for 36 euros per day
GGuest UserBest hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)
GGuest UserThe mattress was deformed, causing you to roll to one side of the bed. The breakfast buffet was very limited and basic for the price they charge (€20). The advertised breakfast offer of €12.95 is only valid if pre-booked; simply being a guest and wanting breakfast that morning isn't enough. And a tea or coffee costs €2.50. All in all... never again.
GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork.
Breakfast had a decent variety of choices.
It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.
CCarloSanchezThe river view room is stunning. It is wonderful to be able to enjoy from near the beautiful Vizcaya Bridge and the beautiful estuary in which you can see different athletes rowing and also observe some small boats sailing.
The room is picturesque with modern and more classic details. What I like the most, as I said, is the balcony with views of the estuary and the comfort of the bed.
Good TV, it has a mini bar and coffee maker with two complimentary capsules and downstairs in the hotel hall there is an old elevator in which it has coffee, chocolate and other drinks also free of charge 24 hours a day.
Good attention from the employees since they were always friendly and willing, and everything was clean.
I will return as soon as I can, I felt very comfortable with everything 😃👍🏽
GGuest UserNice hotel with ample parking. Excellent location for exploring the city. You can walk to Casco Viejo in 15 minutes, and the metro stop is also nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and extensive, with a huge selection. The only downside was the strict rules around the pool, which is also part of a sports club. This meant the children couldn't really play there.
HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.
GGuest UserThe staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. The only slight drawback was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom upon our arrival. However, I would recommend this establishment.
