Come stay in this recently renovated, very comfortable space situated in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Brooks Estate woods, just outside of Boston.The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area.The space is within a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. The bedroom is soundproofed so it is very quiet. There's a large room with a queen-size bed, dresser, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, coffee/tea bar, and bay windows that let in a ton of light. (There is no full kitchen)Other things to noteFYI The WiFi has been completely replaced with a new mesh network and the overall home bandwidth has been doubled as of 11/1/2023.
