"I can honestly say I've never stayed at such a bad Ctrip Gold Diamond hotel. Of course, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, so it wasn't their fault at all. This hotel definitely has management problems. First, the facilities are quite old, which isn't usually a big issue in Europe. The hot water wasn't hot enough for showering in the morning, but this wasn't a problem at night, which I suspect is due to the heating system settings. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there were no staff on duty at the front desk or in the restaurant (it's hard to imagine a five-star hotel doing this). There were 3-4 large, free-roaming dogs in the hotel's outdoor area that would follow people around; although they were docile, it was still quite unsettling."

"I stayed at Likoria Hotel from 20–21 April 2026, as most hotels in Delphi (where I had originally intended to stay) were fully booked due to the Delphi Economic Forum. It turned out to be a most pleasant alternative. Arachova is a charming and picturesque town, and during the low season it was especially quiet and peaceful. The hotel is located slightly uphill, just a short distance from the town centre. A pleasant 5-minute walk—with beautiful mountain views—brings you to the main area with its shops and eateries. The staff were warm, friendly, and hospitable. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a cosy, homely, apartment-like feel. Breakfast was both delicious and generous in its variety. I was very pleased with my choice of Likoria Hotel and would happily stay here again when visiting Arachova."

"If you are looking for a romantic getaway to Araxova than look no further, Ef Zin Hotel is the place to stay! We upgraded to a sweet with a fireplace and it was totally worth it. The room is so special and clean! It feels like a cozy apartment than a hotel room. Staff was amazing! They helped us get a bus back to Athens and took the time to explain the process to us. You really cannot beat the location! The hotel is right on the main strip and walking distance to EVERYTHING! This is why we picked the hotel. It is also right across the street from a parking lot! Definitely will be staying there again!"
