My Rooms Artà Adults Only by My Rooms Hotels TI ★★★

"I travel all over the world, stay in hotels all the time, and this must be the worst hotel manager I’ve ever experienced. On 2 occasions, when we left our room, we turned the lights off and when we returned, the lights were on and no cleaning was done. I then called up the hotel manager/owner to query this and he got incredibly angry, abusive, and hateful on the phone. He was incredibly disrespectful and threatening to me and my girlfriend He said if anything is missing from the room we should “call the police” and that he “doesn’t like people like me” and that it’s “his house, not mine”. He also complained that we were disturbing him by calling and said we can “just leave” and that we can “have a refund” but no refund has been issued. Apparently, cleaning is done 5 days and week, and we were there for 3 days and no cleaning was done. Thankfully, no valuables were left in our room when we left so there was nothing to steal. This ruined the trip and made my girlfriend feel threatened and anxious the whole time. Message to the manager/owner: learn how to ACTUALLY run a hotel and how to treat your paying GUESTS correctly. AVOID at all costs - there’s so many better places in Arta."

"We stayed for 1 week at the Can Moragues hotel, it is an excellent hotel. The staff is very attentive to you, always smiling and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a choice of sweet and savory items, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruit juices every morning, in short, something to satisfy all appetites (even for big eaters!!). The room we had was very spacious with a large bathroom (walk-in shower and double sinks), the bedding is very comfortable. There is a very shaded patio with a small swimming pool that allows you to cool off and sun loungers that allow you to relax in a very quiet environment. This hotel does not have a restaurant, but it is located a few hundred meters from the center of the town where there are many places to eat. The first beaches are about 15 minutes from Arta and there are also many places to visit very close by. This is a hotel that we recommend without hesitation and where we will very happily return during a future stay in Majorca."

"We adored this spot! We had a lovely room, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was bonkers yummy, and everything was perfect. Of all the places we visited in Mallorca, I thought Arta was the most authentic and least touristy/busy. Forn Nou is in close proximity to tons of beaches, hiked, art, and good food. I have a great video of our room, but Trip Advisor won’t let me upload a video, apparently."
