"We went to Mardin for Bayram holiday with my family and had the best experience. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff Erdem, Zozan, Zeyni, and Hasan. The experience was like my home away from home. The hotel was beautiful, a little on the expensive side but I think it was due to the local Bayram holiday in Turkey. The rooms were beautiful, clean and cozy. The hotel felt like staying at a historic mansion. The breakfast was delicious and the staff treated us like their own family. Mardin stole our hearts... . It's amazing place full of history, culture,delicious food and the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in my life..... we all absolutely loved it there and the hotel was the icing on top. I will definitely stay here next time."

"I liked the hotel and its facilities. I lost my phone in Mardin and the reception helped me find it technically. I have only one complaint. I bought this hotel through Trip.com. But the reception kept telling me that a reservation was made and payment was not received. They claimed that I did not pay even though I showed them my credit card statement and the screenshot I took from the trip application as PAID. There is obviously a systemic non-contact situation that has nothing to do with me. The receptionist tried to charge a credit card registered on the internet without my permission and when she could not receive payment, she said that my credit card was not valid. I made the payment through the application once and did not allow it to be recorded. I did not make a reservation as a prepayment, I paid in full, why would I record my credit card in the system and connect it. We encountered this problem when we entered the hotel, they did not solve it and when we left, they came again with the same statement and insisted that we did not pay even though we tried to say that we would catch the plane. The only thing that overshadowed my hotel stay was this lack of communication. If you make a payment from this hotel through another intermediary and purchase a service, be sure to keep the statements and screen recordings showing that you made the payment, you will not be able to justify yourself later."

"The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions. The service was excellent; they had someone waiting to pick us up at the taxi stand. What was truly unexpected and very much appreciated was that on the day we switched hotels, they even took us to the reception point of our second hotel (where someone else was waiting to take us to that hotel). We're so grateful for that! Breakfast was a bit average, but that's pretty typical for a traditional Turkish breakfast. The facilities aren't old, but it seems to be due to the mountainous region – the power went out a few times on the second day, and the internet was unstable."

"Normally they don't accept children but when we made the reservation it was open for children so we were able to accept children through the system. There is no car going to the hotel, the road is very difficult, the reception staff carried our luggage like porters (even though they were women). We waited at the reception for more than 10 minutes. They don't have breakfast, if we want they suggest climbing the stairs again to their upper branch. They don't offer transfer service. We took a taxi and went. No matter how bad it was, there was no one to explain the whole situation in detail and in a sweet way. The staff who cleaned our room was a complete fiasco, he was yelling on the phone in front of our window at the crack of dawn. We didn't even complain about the tough guy who was smoking right next to our table where we had breakfast and blowing his smoke on us. He was neither a customer nor an employee as far as we could tell. We came after reading the comments but unfortunately all the employees were incapable of putting two words together. The people whose names were mentioned in the comments were not there. We even suspected that we came to the wrong place. I don't know how it was before but my advice to those who will come after reading the comments; This is a hotel that is not worth its current conditions and prices. I would never recommend it."

"The road to the hotel just went higher and higher, but once we arrived, the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious, but the terrace is the main attraction here. Since Mardin is 1000+ m above sea level, you feel that it's quite windy, which goes so well with the hot weather. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful it is, seriously underrated. Have recommended friends and family."

"I stayed for two days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room's air conditioning wasn't working. When I reported the issue, instead of being solution-oriented, I was met with an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. The approach was completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the air conditioner or changing rooms, they mockingly offered me a small heater. The room hadn't been cleaned. The toilets were dirty, and the hygiene level was severely inadequate. There were cracks in the walls; it was clearly evident that no maintenance had been done. The overall appearance was neglected, unkempt, and indifferent. The breakfast was an absolute fiasco. There was almost no variety, the products were of poor quality, and far from filling. There was no balance between the price paid and the service provided. This establishment neither cares about customer satisfaction nor meets basic accommodation standards. I absolutely do not recommend it. Anyone expecting comfort and respect should stay away."
