"We booked as a family of four and specifically requested two connecting rooms, both during the booking process and again by phone before our arrival. Despite this, we were given two completely separate rooms. The only solution offered was to pay an extra €500 for a Junior Suite. There was no willingness to help, no flexibility, and no effort to find an alternative. The welcome was extremely disappointing and the level of service was simply unacceptable. This was a very poor start to our holiday, and as a family we felt completely ignored. We certainly won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to families expecting good customer service."

"My Husband and I recently stayed here for a 3 night birthday getaway. Our experience was fantastic. We were warmly greeted, given a tour of the hotel and Spa, and offered drinks and snacks upon arrival. We were instantly relaxed after a long day of travel. My husband and I still talk about the delicious dinner prepared by chef Andrea. The breakfast served every morning was just as luxurious. Miriam makes the best cappuccinos. The rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. The spa was soothing and so relaxing. We loved having drinks on the patio. While everything was immaculate, it was the fantastic staff that made our trip wonderful. Miriam was so welcoming and helpful, always happy to help answer questions and give recommendations. We loved our conversations with everyone and hope to be back one day."

"Hotel with a little date but clean and 10 minutes walk from the city centre. We have come for two years for golf competitions and the owner and staff always available for our requests (bathing very early, special diets), also the owner who can sometimes be a little burbery, But we were very happy (My husband took the car on the day and my son and I were accompanied to their other restaurant by the owner. Ascensor, pleased to have more or less packed throats. The only sin in these hot-hot-hot days in the table there is no air conditioner, however in the room you sleep viewed the position"

The room to say the true, except the large and renovated bathroom, seemed a bit date. Available to the client there are also bars and restaurants where we have just arrived lunch. The parking lot isn't directly in front of the hotel entrance, and no assistance with luggage is offered."

"The hotel is very beautiful, like the rooms (I had a standard). It is excellent breakfast buffet, very varied and plenty. It is very beautiful the automatic meal that makes the cappuccino with fresh milk. It's the first time I find this solution. The most beautiful thing is the spa, which can be used every day from 14 to 20 A afternoon, always priced, offers a sweet sauce and various tea/teases at your choice. Excellent dinner menu with the choice between 3/4 first and 3/4 seconds and a dessert. The thing that enthusiastically enthusiastically affected me was the contours, not the choice and Macedonia that looked like the packed one. It's certainly still a hotel to try, especially for the spa. I hope I will come back."

"A home away from home ! We were treated with so much TLC from a staff that cared and always went the extra mile ! The food was excellent, the rooms were large , clean and modern ! The hotel is set in the town centre and has parking underneath but you have to book ! The maitre d was flexible with the menu and it was such a pleasure sitting outside listening to some evenings live music or sometimes a Dj ! The golf club Asiago is 7 minutes away and was so beautiful, there is even a lake nearby! A gorgeous spa in the hotel with pool ! We have come here a few times and will come back again soon ! Try it and you’ll love it !"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a very friendly and available staff. In the 4 days of stay, my wife and I walked very much and always eaten out: I can't give any comments on the restaurant. We had difficulties to reach the hotel, as we were barred from the ZTL: moreover, Sunday, July 20, there was also the market and a hallucinating traffic. The receptionist led us by phone to the hotel parking, 150m, and we finally reached it by foot. Therefore, if I can, when booking, you should give some additional instructions to your customers about how to reach the hotel: all in all is very simple ... just know how to do. Apart from the initial adventure, 4 days have been spent in full relaxation."

"This historic hotel in the central Asiago area, recently renovated in many parts, has been a good reference for a stay in Asiago and surroundings. Comfortable and well-isolated rooms, well clean, comfortable relaxation area with large hydromassage bath, bar area with afternoon bar offered. Very good also restaurant with special attention to all the needs. A careful and always prepared staff; in addition to free outdoor parking garage covered with payment. Two suggestions:improve the ski and shoes room and insert a dry centrifuge for costumes into the relax area."
