"The hotel offers a very good breakfast and meals, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. The restaurant is definitely a highlight, with attentive and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several black hairs on the bathroom floor, and to my surprise, I also found insects. Furthermore, the rooms are not cleaned every day, but only every other day, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I find this an aspect that definitely needs to be improved, as it negatively affected the overall experience of the stay."
