"Very bad experience with the female receptionist of the hotel at 8th July 2026. She could not find our 5 days half board reservation, 1 room for 2 adults (my wife and myself) Booking includes breakfest and diner for 4 days for 2 persons. ( She only looked for the first letter of my first name with a dot and could not find my family name) After I handed over a copy of the paid booking, it costed almost 20 minutes to find it in the system of the hotel. Then the receptionist informed us that 4 days diner was for 1 person , so we had to pay extra for diner for 2 evenings. ( total amount of EUR.140,00). I immediately contacted the booking office in The Netherlands by phone and they spoke to the receptionist. In the beginning of that phone call the receptionist was very impolite to the officer of the booking office.( I was at the hotel desk during the phone conversation) But after 5 minutes the officer convinced the receptionist and solved the case. The hotel itself is good. Excellent breakfast and good diner. In the room itself, we only missed an airconditioner/fan and the pillow of the bed was very thin. In general we recommend this hotel ( despite the bad experience with the receptionist)."
