"Stayed in a 2 bedroom lodge which was far better than we expected. 2 good sized bedrooms downstairs and a large living/ dining area with kitchen upstairs. Even had a balcony with table and chairs that we didn’t know the lodge had til we arrived. Lovely grounds. Used the leisure facilities and they were fine. Small, but decently equipped gym. Nice wee pool, sauna and steam room. Tasty breakfast and evening meals with good options. Our only complaint was the time it took for dinner. Despite it not being particularly busy, it took over 2 hours each night."

"Whatever you do avoid this place. Over priced it is. Friendly and welcoming it was not. Female bar staff were spot on but little male general was objectionable and inhospitable. So rather than spend our money here our group ate and drank elsewhere and enjoyed our night. Your loss. My advice is find somewhere else to stay."
