"The receptionist is a lovely erderly woman whom I waited for two hours in the reception area but nice enough to let me have an early check in. However, that is the only time I saw her at the front desk 😅 I also saw some guests waiting near the reception area and they asked me if I knew anyone working there. Also, the price is a bit high considering the room and amenities are not that great. Overall, not recommended if service will not improve."

"Celebrated Holiday Season in Lady Nina, the staff are very accommodating. We had a nice stay. They also offer free breakfast. Location: Very peaceful, beside the beach. Cleanliness: Very clean and comfy rooms. Service: Accommodating staff. Facilities: You can cook here as well, just need to pay extra fees for the consumption of gas. No corkage fee!"

"First, I really appreciate how welcoming and accommodating the host was. 💜 the place itself is great— it has a shared kitchen which guests can use and they have tables and chairs outside where you can wait in case you arrive before check-in time. The room was great too, clean and so comfy, the kind you'd be excited to go back to after a full day of exploring. My favorite part tho is that it's just a few minutes away from the beach 🏖 fell in love with baler and when i get to go back again, def staying at Sunny Terrace again 🌤"

"The ambiance is good, if you like hiking and nature however staying in their cabanas were disaster and nightmare. The bed sheet were dirty, insects are every where. They have mosquito net but there are big holes in it so all the insects were going inside our bed. Around 2am, there is a power outage I can't sleep due to the insects and also it is so hot. I won't definitely come back here."
