"I found the staff manager to be extremely rude her name was MANDY she absolutely made us feel like worthless trash. She should not be in any management roles what so ever. She is homophobic and Breach's privacy laws without a care to business and privacy act in NSW. She is a law suit waiting to happen. I found the place old uninviting defiantly not a place safe for kids with there old rusty kids park easy to climb bark pool fences the roads inside the palms are full of holes huge holes. Not to mention the dangerous unlite areas that are trip hazard's. Over all I give it 1 star cause it does have palms. The straw fence that a child could climb directly into the deep pool. The 1987 rusty washing machines that only wash on boiling hot water damaging your cloths unlevel foot paths everywhere definite trip hazards mainting a garden is one thing repairing the real hazards are another."
