"Property is not well known to locals, rooms are very messy, already started leaking lot of leakage in rooms because of which they are too smelly, and the hotel management is not acknowledging it. House keeping stalf is untrained they don't know basic cleaning. We gave out key in the morning for room service but when we returned in the evening the room was not made up. If u need 1 extra bottle of water u need to walk down as they do not provide room service. Hotel staff is very unprofessional, they laugh and make fun of customers, they don't even wait for customers to leave. Lastly don't rely on them for car services we had almost missed the flight."
