"The hotel is a very nice impression overall. All was maintained, clean and attractively designed. I particularly liked that you get directly into the wellness area in the bathroom – a really nice idea. Unfortunately, my room wish for a poor and quiet room was not taken into account. It is important for me to sleep overnight because of a disease. This was hardly possible in this room: the walk was very loud all day, and early in the morning the cleaning forces were clearly heard. With a roller or a wheelchair the way to the wellness area was also very long and difficult. On site there was no free bed despite demand, which made it more difficult to use for me. However, I would like to highlight very positively the Candlelight dinner. We had booked it twice and both evenings were really nice. Our servant was extraordinarily aware, friendly, helpful and had a great humor – that has made a lot of bet. Concluded: For guests without health restrictions, it is a really nice hotel. However, with mobility restrictions or needs to rest, stay is difficult. It is a pity that notified and pledged wishes have been taken into account."
