"Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, good food, delightful drinks (Real fruit juice not chemical limonade) Nice nice large pool and good beds. Only the sanitary is really terriblely old. Well, good water pressure. Pool table and bowling are mostly fun but not of top quality. 80% of guests are Dutch and 60+ but there are few kids crying 😀"

"This hotel and restaurant has an amazing concept of providing service to the customers. It was a very pleasant 4-day stay thanks to this way of working for the guests. I cannot think of one mini-complaint, except the weather. That was not so good these 4 days. One suggestion is to rewrite your address as I had great problems arriving. Please write for the village: Glashuette-Bad Laasphe instead of Bad Laasphe. My navigator system will be gratefull."

"We booked about short holiday.de and spent from 20.6.-22.6. so 2 nights in this hotel and were satisfied! Even at arrival you were warmly received and check-in passed quickly and uncomplicated. The room was very clean, modernly furnished and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. We had the green room in cultivation. Breakfast was good-a selection of fresh, regional products, everything delightfully decorated and very delicious. Also the service was prima-the staff was always friendly and helpful .The dinner in the evening we took out in the beer garden. Small overview dining card with fresh meals . Here the chef cooks himself ! The location of the hotel is good, you reach many attractions around the car. All in all we have felt well around and very happy to come back."

"We booked this hotel for one night on our road trip through Germany. It's a beautifully situated, German-style hotel. It has also a private carpark across the street. We received a very friendly welcome at reception with a glass of German champagne. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the diner in the hotel restaurant, which serves excellent food of excellent quality. We were very pleased with the overall service, including the staff and the restaurant. This hotel is definitely recommended, both for a stop-over and even for a longer stay. We do hope to return one day."
