"To avoid at all costs!!! I absolutely do not recommend it! We arrived in the evening after a full day of sightseeing, exhausted and with a 4-year-old child — and there was no one to welcome us. There is neither a reception nor a front desk at this hotel. The rooms are located above the bar. When we arrived, there was a crowd of drunk/inebriated people and a concert going on. There were no clear signs indicating the way to the rooms. We circled the bar several times and asked several people about the rooms, but no one was able to help us… Everyone was busy partying and serving drinks. After trying to call the manager with no success, we asked one of the bar staff again. We explained that we hadn’t received any confirmation email. She finally agreed to pull out a laptop to check our reservation. It turned out there was a technical issue. She had to call the manager several times to try to sort it out (all of this while we were standing in the bar, right next to the concert entrance, being pushed around by the crowd). The manager never showed up. Eventually, the young woman was able to give us the room key. She took us behind the outdoor minibar, where a tiny hidden sign indicated the hotel rooms entrance. We had to walk through a path between trash bins to reach the door… Then we had to climb to the second floor (with no elevator) to finally get to the room. Overall, it took us over an hour between our arrival and getting the room key! We finally managed to get settled around 9:30 PM. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, he simply sent a message saying: “Sorry, today is a big celebration in the Netherlands and we are busy.” It is absolutely unacceptable to pay €220 a night, receive no information or guidance to access the rooms, and be treated this way! I have stayed at many other accommodations with fully automated check-ins, and I have never had any issues — because communication and instructions were always very clear. Here, that was absolutely not the case: communication was non-existent! And to top it all off, the next morning, before the check-out time, the cleaning staff entered the room while we were still occupying it… It’s a shame that the management is so careless and that there is such a lack of consideration for hotel guests. In short: I do not recommend this hotel, and I will not return."

There's an airport shuttle, but it's a large one that picks up many people, so the wait can be quite long. Other hotels nearby offer larger rooms; the 0.8-meter-wide bed here is so small it's hard to even turn over."

"Because of early flight stayed the night at the corendon hotel. Rooms very nice. Also the rooftop bar with views at the departing planes is very nice. Staff in bar are just doing their job and nothing more. Shuttle from Schiphol to hotel is for free and back to schiphol is 5 euro per person"

"It is a really nice place. The shuttle helps a lot to get to and fro airport. Do note that airport to apartment is free but apartment to airport is 5 Euro per person, best to buy beforehand because we saw people getting rejected trying to buy onboard. QR is located at helpdesk or you can search online. The room itself is self sufficient. No basic salt or pepper but they have a small shop within the vicinity. Don't like the fact that the entire room is dim litted with yellow lights and the shower glass is frosted that can still see people inside, really intrusive. Laundry self-service is available at your own cost."

"The room was very nice and clean. There's a free shuttle bus to the Ramada from the hotel; otherwise, it costs €6. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the Ramada, but if you don't take the shuttle, you'll have to take a taxi. There's no other public transportation available. The surrounding area is rather desolate."
