"Had a memorable stay at Mavi retreat Badami during the Diwali holidays together with friends and family . The resort is architected and designed as a blend with the rugged terrain of Badami and the laterite stone based construction , the French window entrance concept and overall feeling of rustic nature made this resort very beautiful . The staff were very friendly and attentive . However we had some issues with room ( bathroom exhaust issue ) delays in the restaurant service , pool not clean etc which I guess are teething troubles of this new resort in a remote location . Overall we enjoyed Mavi retreat and look forward to coming here again !"

"Had a pleasant stay. Helpful stuff and nice and clean hotel premise. Restaurant has good varieties; both veg and non-veg. Room service is also available. Breakfast buffet had mostly South Indian dishes + usual corn flakes/bread etc. enough choices were there everyday. Rooms are spacious and has a big screen TV, sitting area, study table. Very clean washrooms. Has a swimming pool too. Would definitely recommend."

"Perfect location but service is really lousy. The sanitaryware in the bathrooms are stained. The room service forgets to bring the order. The restaurant attached to the hotel, The Bridge, had lazy servers. It is small and so when breakfast is served the guests have to wait next to the occupied tables for the occupants to finish eating so that they can get seated. The waiters at the restaurant too forget the orders."
