"The hotel is too expensive, though it has a lot of charm and is very elegant. However, there are several aspects that need improvement. In the restaurant, despite having numerous staff, there's a noticeable lack of attention; they are very slow, get lost in conversation, and aren't attentive to the customers. The cleaning staff, however, are very friendly. At the spa, you have to book a time slot to use the pool, which doesn't make much sense since there's no staff member there afterward. The buggy service is good. The car museum needs improvement. The manor house has rooms with difficult-to-lock doors, no soundproofing, and falls far short of expectations. The houses designed by architect Carlo Castanheira have magnificent disinfectant. Breakfast is good. There's a good view of the vineyards. The price is too high."

All the rooms were very comfortable, spacious and with modern and comfortable beds. The property produce the own wine, that you can taste during the meals, and is very good. "One of the highlights of our trip! What a beautiful location and a stunning property. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room had a very nice vintage feel to it (it smelt a bit musty when we walked in but, was easily refreshed with some air through the window). All in all I remember it a grand -and very relaxing property. We will certainly come back! As for what the other reviews mentioned: the dogs (yup the small one yelps in the evening, but he's so cute!), the meals (great breakfast, did not have dinner), the train (heard it, but didn't think it was a dealbreaker)"
