Orbi Palace Hotel Official ★★★★

"It's nice, but there's no reception in each building. Booking is in one building and reception is in another; it's tiring."

Bakuriani Inn Hotel ★★★

"Best hotel in bakuriani"

Hotel Komorebi ★★★★

"Great hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant."

"The rankings and the sleeping servings are uncomfortable."

Hotel Sapphire Bakuriani ★★★

"I was vacationing in Bakuriani and chose this hotel. I'm surprised it's not a 5-star hotel. The room is clean and tidy, the furniture and bathroom have been recently renovated, stylish and tasteful. The pillows are soft, so you can sleep soundly. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They're always willing to help with any requests. Leo, the bartender at the restaurant, deserves special thanks (he speaks Russian, which made communication a lot easier). I fell off my skis and injured my knee, but he helped me at breakfast, brought me food, helped me get to my room, and overall, he's a very kind and attentive hotel employee. The staff always resolved any issue quickly and efficiently. This hotel has an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There's also a sauna and a separate, cool outdoor pool with warm water. I want to come back to you again and I already miss you very much) I wish the hotel only prosperity, you are great!"

Crystal Hotel & Spa ★★★★

"I encountered a problem at check-in. My prepaid booking wasn't recognized by Trip.com, and the hotel insisted that they only accept bookings made through the *********** app. After several attempts, which took about 20 minutes, the booking was finally found. I also noticed that none of the rooms had air conditioning, so it's advisable to check the weather before booking, as the location is heavily dependent on it. There was a smell of smoke coming from the balcony next to my room, and it seemed some guests were using it for smoking. This forced me to open the windows to ventilate the room. The hotel's rules are very strict, and the fines are excessive. There's a fine for smoking in the room, as well as for checking out after 12:00 PM. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope the management improves their reception system."
