"I was vacationing in Bakuriani and chose this hotel. I'm surprised it's not a 5-star hotel. The room is clean and tidy, the furniture and bathroom have been recently renovated, stylish and tasteful. The pillows are soft, so you can sleep soundly. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They're always willing to help with any requests. Leo, the bartender at the restaurant, deserves special thanks (he speaks Russian, which made communication a lot easier). I fell off my skis and injured my knee, but he helped me at breakfast, brought me food, helped me get to my room, and overall, he's a very kind and attentive hotel employee. The staff always resolved any issue quickly and efficiently. This hotel has an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There's also a sauna and a separate, cool outdoor pool with warm water. I want to come back to you again and I already miss you very much) I wish the hotel only prosperity, you are great!"
