"The hotel itself is nice, however 5 stars it is not. It is a quiet place at night with a good sleep – 1 star. The kitchen is supposed to be based on Michelin chef´s set menu, however execution was not a Michelin grade, far from it – 1/2 star. Hotel itself is well designed, outfitted with modern furniture, rooms are modern and clean, but carpeted – ½ star. Staff is caring, however there is not enough staff, always need to call out to get an attention– 1/2star. Hotel has free parking, and surrounding is well maintained, even though there was a building site next to it, which was annoying – still 1 star. Hotel has its own spa – indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, tot tub, outside resting deck + a sunbathing deck at the marina on Balaton lake – 1/2 star, would give 1 star but the gym was ridicule ☹. All up, 4 stars hotel, could be 5 if only they do something with their dining competency – menu as well as food execution."

"The apartment hotel faces Lake Balaton and the scenery is stunning! The room is also very nice, new and clean. There is a sauna in the bathroom and it would be better if there is a washing machine. Breakfast is provided in a basket for each household and is rationed per person. It is rich in content and the toasted bread is very fragrant. Parking costs 10 euros per night."

"Environment: The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Balatonfured train station and a 5-minute walk to the lake. The building is probably 200 years old and is well-maintained, although the room decor is rather old-fashioned. Cleanliness: The linens were fairly clean, but there were stains on the towels. I suggest replacing them immediately, as seeing stains on white towels is not a pleasant experience."
