Al Ain Hotels with Balcony

A good hotel in the city. The ambience is good and there are enough parking slots available.

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, after entering through the main gate, the signage and directions were insufficient and a bit confusing. The mobile signal in the area was quite weak, and the Wi-Fi in the room did not work properly. Since ordering food required scanning a QR code, it was difficult to access the menu. I would suggest providing printed menus as an alternative. The room felt a bit dark, and overall the hardware and facilities could use some improvement. Although the location is not particularly far, we made a special trip to visit and unfortunately did not find the experience as impressive as we had hoped.
