"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. One feature that really stood out was the pool—not only was it well-maintained and relaxing, but the extended pool hours made it super convenient.
Whether I wanted a refreshing swim in the morning or to unwind in the evening, the flexible timings made it easy to enjoy at my own pace. It’s a great option for both early risers and night owls!
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and thoughtful service."
"Since Al Ain is a very small and remote city, there are no hotel options to stay at the zoo for one night. The room is very general, the decoration style of decades ago, the facilities are very old, and the furniture in the room is old. Regardless of the good attitude of the hotel staff, the breakfast is in line with the standard of a five-star hotel. In addition, I booked a mountain view room, but the room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, and I was too lazy to change it..."
"Our stay at the villa was truly enjoyable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax, but also included practical features that were perfect for getting a bit of work done.
One highlight was the dedicated table and proper lighting setup—ideal for working remotely or taking care of personal business. The setup was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to stay productive when needed.
The food provided was also a pleasant surprise. Whether ordered in or enjoyed on-site, it was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a good variety of options.
We also believe we received an upgraded booking, as the villa felt even more spacious and well-appointed than expected—definitely a nice touch that added to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a great mix of comfort, convenience, and quality. Would definitely recommend it for both leisure and work-oriented stays."
"I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Al Ain. The hotel offers a modern and stylish ambiance, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and dining options, are excellent.
The only suggestion I have is to add a small pipe or bidet for wudhu (ablution) in the bathrooms, which would be a great convenience for Muslim guests. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
"The hotel was previously Intercontinental. However, I believe no major refurbishment has taken place thereafter.
The hotel staff were helpful but still had less idea on how to manage the peak rush hours during the holidays.
Rooms are big and spacious but the washrooms are very old style and needs change.
Food had variety but no taste and was cold the staff had no idea that the food is cold and not enjoyable.
I would rate an overall 3 out 5."

"I stayed at the X Grand Hotel at Hafiz Stop on the 5th and 6th of September. The amenities are excellent, the swimming pool and everything else is great. It’s a fantastic place for families, and I would definitely recommend it—five stars!"
