Since others mentioned it was 'hard to find,' I immediately requested their WhatsApp number for communication when booking. After all, anything can be resolved through a conversation. Check-in was contactless, meaning the keys were in a locker. Before checking in, *I* messaged them on WhatsApp to let them know we had arrived. It's called 'AE apart hotel' on Google, and it was easy to find. They also sent me detailed, step-by-step check-in instructions, which was very convenient! Nothing complicated for experienced travelers. The administrator was always available for any questions! Thumbs up and a huge thank you for that! Wishing your business prosperity! The room had good water pressure, and the toilet had a very interesting placement, but it was more amusing than frustrating. Everything we needed was there. See the photos for the rest. We only stayed one night. It was spacious and comfortable. Everything matched the photos; what we booked is exactly what we got. There's an elevator and Wi-Fi. The password is on a stand on the first floor. There are bus stops nearby. The buses here seem to run in a loop, one-way, as I understood it. We got from the airport by bus; check the photos in the review for details. In the morning, we checked out and left the key in the locker as well. A bus stop was literally 2-3 minutes away, where we caught a bus to the train/bus station.

The room was too small and cramped. The double bed was also small and too soft. It's more like a guesthouse, run by an old man who converted a few rooms in his own house. He's a nice guy, and you can park your car in his garage, which is a big plus. The location is excellent too, within a 10-minute walk to all the attractions. Breakfast was very simple, not great, but filling. The coffee, however, was a letdown – a tiny amount, just a sip of Bosnian coffee, equivalent to a shot glass. On the other hand, the scrambled eggs were delicious, tasting just like organic farm-fresh eggs back home.

Nice apartment, 13 minutes' walk from the city center. Clean and cozy. Cons: the air conditioner is incredibly noisy, so I only had to wear earplugs to sleep; something must be broken. And I didn't have hot water. I showered with cold water! Otherwise, everything was fine.

Hotel location is very good, in the old town but back street, quiet in the middle of noisy. The room size is small, the style is elegant, and the facilities are very clean and easy to use. The breakfast is rich in variety and very satisfied. The best is the front desk staff, meticulous and enthusiastic, who helped us a lot. The most memorable experience of this trip to the Balkans.

The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast.

We stayed for one day. The hotel offers luggage storage, which was very helpful as we arrived in the morning. The room was clean and cozy. It's only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the main tourist area, yet it was completely quiet. Everything in the room worked perfectly, including the air conditioning, TV, and hairdryer.

I arrived around 1300 but there is no one on the ground floor as the hostel located in the 2nd floor. I waited and called the hostel via trip.com. Then the owner appeared and opened the door for me. I paid 5euro for deposit of the key. Once return the key, he will give you the money back. In overall, they have normal hostel needs, kitchen, toilet, hair dryer, bathroom. One bathroom for 3 rooms which is a bit less. But we got time to use this. The bed is good. I like the bund bed is high. If a man sit on the lower bed, he could straighten his back.
