Sarajevo Hotels with Balcony

"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

"The hostel's location is excellent, right next to the main cathedral, with all the best sights within walking distance. There's also a tram stop nearby. Everything is very convenient, but the only drawback is the unqualified staff. I also encountered a common problem in Bosnia: if you book a hotel and pay by card (Russian), you might be asked to pay in cash upon check-in. I had to spend a long time proving that I had paid for my accommodation. Be prepared for this, or book without payment and pay on arrival."

"The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast."

"The hotel is in a good location, in the center of Sarajevo, with the old street just outside. The room has a view of the old city. The front desk service attitude is good and the check-in is fast. I asked for a standard room and was given a double bed room, but the beds can be separated, one into two. The room is large and quiet in the bustling city. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and is clean. Overall good and recommended."

"Excellent value for money. Very close to the center (a 5-minute walk to the square), although it's uphill. Free parking is definitely a plus (I had a rental car). For €20 a day, I'd say you can't ask for anything better. Breakfast is a bit basic but acceptable. My only two concerns: a shower curtain to avoid flooding the entire bathroom (but I had an economy room) and better cleaning under the bed. Otherwise, as mentioned before, excellent value for money."

"Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))"

"The hotel suite is very big! I didn't look carefully when I booked it, but when I checked in, I found that it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It is fully equipped with tableware and cooking utensils. The No. 103 bus stop is right at the door. Although it is not close to the old city, the stay experience is very good and it is very suitable for family travel!"

"The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. The service is too thoughtful, great praise"

"The hotel was nice, the bedroom was nice and very clean. But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality. Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved."
