I had visited once before and genuinely thought it was great; after checking in at the front desk, a car would immediately take us to our courtyard, and the whole experience was very welcoming. Last night, if it weren't for navigation, I really don't know where we would have ended up. Why would such a beautiful place have no guests? The service truly needs significant improvement. This isn't like a regular city hotel; it's a resort, and if no one guides you, you genuinely can't find your room late at night.
