"The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are well equipped and clean. What makes me think the worst is that when I checked in, the front desk said that we upgraded the room from the second floor to the third floor. As a result, there was equipment on the roof of the room on the third floor. It was very noisy at night and the whole room was shaking. It was more than nine o'clock in the evening, I couldn't stand it. I went to the front desk to find the waiter. The little girl went to the room with me to listen to the noise, and then changed us to the room on the second floor. Ugh! It's really tossing. Breakfast is good, and the red sky in the lobby is also very good. When checking out, the front desk sent special snacks, one person and one can of portable oxygen tank."

The high-end amenities and butler service here exceeded my expectations. The butler proactively contacted me to arrange airport transfers, assist with check-in, turn on the underfloor heating in advance, and provide local sightseeing recommendations. The ******* staff were incredibly genuine and warm. The guesthouse also provides a rich breakfast spread, including comforting hot rice noodles. For dinner, the ******* stone pot chicken and yak meat hot pot are must-tries, which you can enjoy in the panoramic restaurant while soaking in the views. In short, this is a highly recommended and truly precious place to stay!"

"The hotel is very new, situated on a small hill, offering a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. Numerous restaurants and shops are located just down the hill, making it very convenient. Ample parking is available, and there's even a small garden in the courtyard. The rooms are spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Namcha Barwa Peak. The rooms are fully equipped and well-maintained, featuring smart technology throughout, underfloor heating, a diffused oxygen supply system, and a humidifier. The blankets are thick and warm, and the shower has a strong water pressure and plenty of hot water, complete with a bathroom heater – very comfortable. There are also many adorable kittens."

"The hotel is near the airport and has a unique location, suitable for transit passengers. We booked a flash stay, and the front desk manager upgraded us from a king room to a deluxe king room, gave us breakfast, and gave our children a yak doll. "The underfloor heating was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. All three meals we had at the restaurant were delicious, and the service was excellent. They even provided a tripod, which was really thoughtful. We also received a small gift when checking out. The view of Mount Mu was absolutely stunning, no complaints there. My only regret is not being able to see Jinsan Mountain."
