It was late when I arrived. I was worried that it was not easy to drive over. The result was very convenient. The boss also helped us with the luggage when we drove to the door. The next day, we introduced us to Hongfeng Lake where it is suitable for punching in and taking pictures. The environment of the homestay is OK, more private. I feel that next time I can call a few friends to take the time to party together, it is still very small holiday atmosphere. 😃

The blue minor of the homestay is located in the Hongfeng Lake Scenic Area. It is the closest homestay to the lake. It was a bit late that night. The manager greeted us at the door very warmly. He was very lucky to be upgraded to a suite. Like the warm service 👍 Guizhou food for lunch here is super delicious; And the whole Mediterranean style is very suitable for taking pictures and making films. After the suite was upgraded, there was also a beautiful afternoon tea. In the evening, I met the proposal scene. Because by the lake, I can also see the stars on the rooftop on the second floor. I just finished taking a shower and found a live bug on the towel. I was so scared that I threw it on the ground. I don't know why the bug was there. I guess it has been there for 24 hours. It's so scary.

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

The hotel building and the surrounding environment are relatively good, a bit of a scenic courtyard feeling, the overall is quite quiet. The room facilities are not very new, but the health is done well, and the living is more assured. The attitude of the service staff is also OK, and the response is very fast when there is a need to communicate. The overall experience is in line with expectations.
