Intimate check-in experience When arriving, the aunt waited at the door and introduced the room facilities in detail. Welcome fruit and handwritten cards are prepared in the room, and steam eye masks are placed on the bedside, and the details are full! 2. Instinct care We came here to play and celebrate our birthday. On the evening of our birthday, the proprietress specially prepared a birthday surprise. There were desserts and drinks. This warmth far exceeded expectations. 3. Pet friendly Many hotels and homestays do not allow dogs. Their homes not only let dogs stay, but also provide pets for free to be wet, so that Mao children can also play happily with their owners. 4. The dual enjoyment of environment and service The lake view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is picturesque, and the service is more like a silent poem. GGuest UserIt was late when I arrived. I was worried that it was not easy to drive over. The result was very convenient. The boss also helped us with the luggage when we drove to the door. The next day, we introduced us to Hongfeng Lake where it is suitable for punching in and taking pictures. The environment of the homestay is OK, more private. I feel that next time I can call a few friends to take the time to party together, it is still very small holiday atmosphere. 😃

YYouzhousimaThe hotel is newly renovated and located in a small town. It has a strong pastoral atmosphere. When you open the door in the morning, you can see a small vegetable garden. The proprietress is very warm and friendly. I have stayed in so many homestays, and this one feels the best. The facilities are complete and easy to use. The sanitation is very clean, tidy, spacious and bright. The environment is quiet and peaceful in the bustling city. The service is warm and thoughtful! I left before I had enough of it, leaving only infinite regrets and the enthusiasm of the proprietress that always rings in my ears!

The location is particularly excellent, located in the core area, it is super convenient to travel and eat, and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. As an old hotel, the sanitation is not vague, all corners of the room are cleaned, the bedding is clean and odorless, and it is particularly comfortable to live. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
