Had a very pleasant stay at Grand Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to assist.
The location is excellent, and conveniently located near Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, making arrival and departure very easy.
Breakfast was another highlight! Delicious, with a good variety of choices to start the day. Real juices would be much appreciated instead of cordials.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Batam!

Anonymous UserFacilities: Great facilities, there's a game room on the first floor, and the room amenities are also complete.
Cleanliness: Very good, spotless, and the room is spacious.
Service: Everyone was lovely, and we even received a welcome drink.
Environment: It's right next to the pier, and you can even see Singapore in the distance.
