"This is a new hotel. We stayed in a triple room with one large bed and one small bed. The layout and usable space are well-divided, giving it a condominium feel. The room is very spacious, more than enough for three people. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, and there's a sink for washing hands and dishes just outside the bathroom, which is very convenient."

Great
DDmitrii KazinThe hotel is clean and conveniently located. On our way from Bangkok to Phuket, it was right in the middle of our route. It was easy to find; there was a large sign by the road with the hotel name and directions. My pillow was very uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep and how I felt in the morning. The breakfast was delicious.
GGuest UserIt's close to the train station and right across from the night market. The owner speaks English well and is incredibly friendly. They also rent out motorbikes and bicycles, and the housekeeping is spotless. The air conditioning is great, and the house has five or six cats, all of whom are so adorable.
Breakfast is provided, and it's fun to sit at the table on the first floor and watch the locals greet their morning.
I had a difficult situation, but the owner was very helpful and resolved it well.
I had a great stay.
KKairrroOverall room is ok, but the fact that you cannot open the window is really bad. You can't put some fresh air ij the room, only if you open the feont door. Not convenient at all! The other things was fine, it's cheap room so I didn't expect a lot.
RRick DownerA little village of cute, brightly-painted and spotlessly clean bungalows at an amazing price, just a couple hundred yards from Sairee Beach and a short drive to all the other (and better) beaches of the Chumphon area. Note that it's a Thai-style resort, with a Thai-style bed (beyond firm), and there's no pool here, but a great stopover at an unbeatable price, with a Thai breakfast in the morning.
NNabhabhatThe accommodation is closed to the centre of Chumphon town and convenient to travel the night market both walk and car. Having many car spaces and big bedroom as well as warm welcoming from the hotel staff. Nicely Thai local breakfast served for all visitors.
GGuest UserFrom the outside, the accommodation looks like it's still under construction, but the interior of the room is perfectly functional, spacious, and simply decorated. There's just enough furniture for essentials; no bedside table or wardrobe, but there is a small clothes rack and hangers. Everything in the room looks brand new except for the refrigerator. Although it looks old and has some rust, it still keeps drinks ice cold. The bathroom has toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. The water pressure is good, and the drain cover is designed to prevent odors, which makes it seem like the water drains slowly, but that's normal for this type of cover. The two housekeepers who looked after the place were both lovely.
NNithithip ThongdeeyingWe think the place was grand and the room was spacious. For the price paid, it was totally worth it. It was easy to commute to other places. Train station and the night market is only 5-6 mins away by car and you can also book a Grab / Bolt Taxi to go anywhere from the hotel.
Staff were all sweet and helpful. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and hardworking.
If we visit Chumphon town again, we will definitely stay here!
GGuest UserPon and Fy on reception couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately and understandably even translation sites couldn't help get the message across on occasion.
As I read on another review, there is noise from a very nearby club and the bathroom is unfinished. The fridge goes off when key removed so a spare fob was kindly supplied to stop the milk going off.
No m/bike available so only taxis/bhtbus.
Having said all that nothing spoilt our personal experience of this place and the staff were excellent
GGuest UserWhat a great find. Right by the beach and lots of great restaurants to eat fresh fish and delicious food.
The owner was really friendly and helped us out with any questions or advice we needed. The room was perfect - spacious and clean. Breakfast was very nice - rice soup, bananas, sweet rice packets, fried eggs, coffee, tea…. More than adequate.
We decided to stay an extra night here as it was so relaxing and peaceful. Would recommend.
MMukhlis Dorloh lAffordable price. Sleeping in a tent with air conditioning is another experience. The tent is small and the blankets are a little thin. But it's good to carry a personal blanket. The entrance route is at the end of the sea.
