The kitchen and bathroom are in the upper level. The kitchen has access to a small porch balcony with stairs to the ground level. On the balcony is a small table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. A large living room downstairs, has queen size pull-out couch for additional sleeping as needed. A dining area and laundry is also there for your use. There is a total of 3 Roku TVs in the apartment. Access to WIFI is also available.The apartment has 2 attached garages that are not part of the rental and access is not permitted at this time. But otherwise, the whole apartment living area is available for use.Homer is a centrally located village that is approximately 30 minutes from Syracuse to the North, Binghamton to the South, Ithaca to the Southwest and Skaneateles to the West. Each of these areas are easily accessible from the apartment location. This cute 3 bedroom cottage is located within walking distance from the summer home of the Cortland Repertory Theater. The open concept kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a granite peninsula eating area. The dining room seats 4 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast counter and 4 more out on the lakeside front patio. The front porch has a handicap ramp with 36 inch wide doors. The lakeside bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The front and back bedrooms have window air conditioners (summer season). Heat is controlled by the renter by a thermostat and a propane forced air furnace. There is a front stone patio with chairs, a table, BBQ grill and an umbrella. The lakefront area has a picnic table, a park bench, lakeside chairs, ankle deep lake access and a fire pit. Swimming and fishing are optional and relaxing. The cottage is located 2 miles from Bob's BBQ, 9 miles from SUNY Cortland, and 45 minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College and Syracuse University. Parking is right outside the roadside door. Four ski centers are close by.
