"This hotel is the only best hotel in the area. Four stars hotel in the area. The service was very lousy. No welcome greeting no help for my suitcases. They just stand there and looking at me because I came with my local family. The room was generous even tough really tired and old. The toilet at rooftop, lobby and the restaurant were smelled urine but yet so many people just chat around the counters. Asked for services no one even came to ask if I want a drink or else. Saturday night there was a music event below my room 521. No announcements prior to this event. The loud music went through the room. I was tired after a day trip. I rang the receptionist they said this sound will be end by ten. Can you imagine how bothered that was. Maybe next time to let the residents know prior to the activity. The room wasn’t soundproof at all. I can hear the sound from next door. It was uncomfortable stayed."

"Bad hotel, just don't book it. The pictures make it look like a lot. But the room is small, there is no closet, no coat rack, there is no chair. In short, you can't put your stuff away. The shower is dirty, as is the toilet. The shower is placed in such a way that when you shower, everything is soaking wet. Drainage is poor. Furthermore, there is a small sink in the room without a shelf or something, so here too you can hardly put your stuff away. The towels were beautifully folded but were full of dead mosquitoes/flies. They don't speak English, thanks to our guide, everything worked out reasonably well. Breakfast is across the street in a beautifully situated restaurant. But here too, hardly any English is spoken, the guide was indispensable. Too bad because the place is beautiful."

"So far so good, just the toilet is smelly when bathing. The bedsheet is a bit yellowish, like normal in indonesia 😂 The breakfast will sent to your room at 7am, which is very satisfied me 😅 The taste is ok. Not much to complain with this pricing."
