"The rooms/apartments are very well located near the harbor and the old town. Only two points because our room was very worn and dirty. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. Even after complaining, the room wasn't cleaned any better. The furnishings are dilapidated and could be disposed of. The service here isn't up to scratch."

One small idea, It would be maybe great for the staff to add one computer at Oliva bar, because the staff do their best for clients not to wait but having one computer when it’s full, that’s in my opinion not enough."
