SSHOHAGI had a truly wonderful experience at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Salman, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable—his professionalism and warmth really stood out. I’d also like to appreciate the intern, Atiq (I believe that's his name), for his helpful attitude and eagerness to assist at all times. The facilities, food, and overall ambiance of the hotel were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dhaka!

GGuest UserThis hotel is in city center which is best for location, large Central Park , university , hospital all are around it, international standard breakfast was amazing. Resturent has variety of food at dinner buffet, living conform with large room. Bathtub was fantastic. Reception and housekeeping personnel was carrying. I live to live there again.

The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.

GGuest UserLocation is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.

BBINGQIANThe hotel traffic is fairly convenient. In the old Dhaka area, the surrounding environment is not good. The surroundings are like slums, very noisy and difficult to sleep. Not in the very prosperous Sundaka. Hygiene, service has nothing to say, very good. But if you call, don’t let the hotel call you a car. If you find a car from a Chinese boss, you can use a car of 3,000 taka a day, and a hotel car will cost you 7,000 taka a day, which is more than doubled.
