Greeted on arrival and given a room upgrade. Room was lovely & clean. All the staff were welcoming & professional. Reception was very helpful & resolved any issues we had quickly, & professionally. Breakfast & evening meal was very tasty and excellent quality Restaurant staff were cheerful & helpful. Looking forward to going back.

Balayı çifti otele rezervasyon yapmama rağmen ödemenin alınmadığı söylenip kendileri uzun süre bekletildiler ve bu durum telafi edilmedi maalesef hizmet sektörü adına utanç verici bir durum ödemeyi aylar önce yaptığımızı ve kredi kartı ekstremizde ispatlayarak durum yaklaşık 1-1.5 saat sonra çözülebildi çok üzücü bir durum trajedi yazık (.)

Отель новый, нам достался номер классом выше. В номерах все как в описании. Бассейн на крыше с хорошими видами. Ресторан с панорамным видом. Еда однообразная, фруктов можно сказать что нет, на четвертый день приедается. Расположение хорошее, магазины, кафе - все рядом. Остановка долмуши на городской пляж в 2-х минутах. До автобусов в другие города, как до порта и крепости, 8-10 минут. Рядом единственный в городе парк, в котором в последний вечер видели турецкую свадьбу.

General environment, general service, general room

Breakfast and dinner was great and perfect specially dinner, just small problem was in rooms, Tv was so old (like 20 years old model), and room was so dark because of small lights inside room, about location i can say that hotel is in best place of the city, both city center and sea side

Hotel is good, breakfast is delicious, traditional Turkish, quiet, in the room was all necessary, location is convenient, near the road where there are routes on which you can go around the city and near the villages. To the sights of the mountain walk minutes 10-15.
