"Regarding cleanliness, the bathroom smelled of mold and urine. I also saw mold on the shower head, but what matters is that the towel and bed were clean. The floor was okay. I disinfected the bathroom myself so I could shower without worry.
What I didn't know and didn't realize is that you can also check in at the self-service kiosk. With the lock code, you can leave and return to the hotel outside of reception hours without having to check out – brilliant! This makes the hotel a great value.
According to Google, the address is at the bus stop. I had to leave my car and check the location to find the B&B Hotel. It was annoying after a long workday… but the location is fantastic because it's only 5 minutes from the highway or expressway, if you know where to go."

"The hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩
Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓
I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻"

OK for one night. Clean, unfortunately. No fridge, no air conditioning or fan, which made it quite stuffy in the summer. TV has lots of channels. WiFi wasn't good.

Highly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is very good in English, the attitude is very nice, and the service and design of the whole hotel pays special attention to details, there is a basin for dogs to drink water at the entrance, and the small blackboard in the room will also write a welcome text on the board, Small biscuits will be presented on the table in the room. Overall feeling very comfortable

Очень хороший отель, просто не к чему придраться. Чисто и уютно. Идеальное расположение: самый центр города, рядом транспортная развязка и пешеходная зона, но при этом тихо и спокойно. Очень вкусные завтраки. Сервис тоже на высоком уровне, откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

Lidija ZThe whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel..

Classic, unique, small hotel. The employees are very friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. However, the mattress is quite soft, so it may be tough for people with weak waist. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the venue is elegant and tastes good. I am grateful that there is a free parking lot.

Very nice hotel, good facilities and good environment. The only downside is that there is no front desk, no one does registration and check-out, network service, not suitable.
It would be better if there was a manual front desk service

Hotel in the outskirts of the city. Parking on the street without problems. Quite recent hotel, small but clean room, new and well maintained. Essential but nothing missed from the necessary. Very quiet and quiet area. Breakfast to avoid. There is no restaurant room, a miserable bag with a bretzel, a nice cornet with fruit and yoghurt is delivered to the reception. Not worth that expense. Hotel with excellent price quality ratio. Without breakfast I would be happy to return.
