I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

It’s just 10 min walk from the airport. We had a big room at the ibis style. Every thing was spotless, nice comfy beds ( I would suggest to add an extra pillow but I’m sure I would get it if I asked 😅). The room was very quiet even if it is in a industrial area ( we would prefer a little warmer room, we tried to bring it up a little bit but unsuccessfully, we gave up cause we had 2 nights only). The breakfast was too good, not busy at all, even at the last moment, the food was enough. Everything is high quality, artisan bread, bio butter and cheese, fresh croissants and pain au chocolates, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh boiled eggs, etc. Its just 20 min walk to the tram station, 15 min journey to the rail station. We visited another beautiful sea side town, Sète, 30 min journey from Montpellier.

GGuest UserLove this hotel too much, the bathing place is very high-end, the kettle is stainless steel, there are McDonald's KFC shopping malls around the hotel, etc., and you can take the electric car directly from the train station, it is too convenient

AAnonymous UserThe location is good, right next to the train station, and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk there if you take the train. It is also very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Other than that, there is nothing to praise. In addition to the additional fees specified on Ctrip, you also need to pay a deposit when you check in. This is the only hotel that requires a deposit when we visited several cities in France and several European countries this time. And you have to pay the 50 euro deposit by credit card. The short male waiter at the hotel front desk said in a blunt manner that you can't stay without a credit card. It makes people feel uncomfortable.

PPh.D MHidalgoOur room was normal. The window looks like never clean outside so if you open it to breathe the pure air you can see it. I suggest, Manager hotel 's would must pay attention to it. The bathroom was poor in services to be a three star hotel. A tower per client, a small savon for hand and dispenser savon inside the shower. Most unconventional was doesn't find a telephone to contact with reception if you need it.
Bed was so soft and comfortable to sleep and breakfast was completed and varied with good products.
Really, I felt a beat deception with room cause in my selection before booking it I took care of the details I like it

Excellent welcome, but the bedding was the only positive.
Poorly insulated room (outside and other rooms: I didn't sleep all night), shower complicated to use, only usable in bath mode, pools accessible free of charge without jets from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. When I went there, I couldn't find access to the indoor pool, so I went to the outdoor pool, which was closed, and I locked myself out. The code didn't work, and there was no way to contact reception. Some guests let me in after 10 minutes outside.
Friendly departure, but they didn't ask me if I had a good stay.
Room cleanliness approximated (hair from previous guests).
Disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I think it was better maintained when it was the Vichy Spa.
