XXiner2The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street.
The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻
Overall, it was a good stay!

AAnonymous UserStarting with the location it was in a really inconvenient area with nothing else in sight, but because of that the view was amazing. I did get upgraded to ocean view and it definitely was worth it. At night time you can see a light house in the distance flashing every now and then. The room was very clean and compared to other hotels I've been the bed and especially pillow was soft. The room number was little interesting and took a little bit to get used to. The TV was little slow but after a minute or two it works fine. The number of aminity given was really good. There were some free drinks in the fridge and few snacks in the cupboard. The bathroom was also large and the room having high ceiling definitely made it more comfortable for me. The shuttle bus goes between hotel and airport terminal 1 once every 45min and is free.

11386062****The environment and hygiene were excellent, but the service was a bit basic. I tried a few of the hotel's restaurants, and overall, they were quite good. For shopping, Olive Young is definitely worth a visit. It would be even better if there were more Korean trendy brands available besides that.

KKander.CameraBooked this hotel for a long/overnight layover. Was a lovely room: clean and comfortable. Club Lounge was nice with good food and drink selection. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

EEms_emsThe room seemed quite old. The towel were super small 🥲 We used during winter pretty sure there’s no heating in the room we just relied on the lights. Was cold! But I guess it’s bearable if you need a few hours of shut eyes before your flight since it’s only 10 mins away. The reception even helped to call us a taxi at 4am.

GGuest UserHost gave a detailed description of how to get to the hotel from the airport - either from T1 oder T2, it was still a little bit confusing, but very near to the bus station - once you get off the shuttle, turn left and keep straight until you see the crossing, the hotel is right after the little crossing - Indian restaurant at the left, hotel in the middle, CU at the right. When you want to go back to the airport, the bus station is opposite of the street you got off!
Hotel was like an apartment with many amenities like washing machine, hair dryer, clothing rack, couch - only downside was no big towels and no dryer function for the washing machine.
There’s no front desk, the passcode for your door will be delivered via e-mail.
Room was very spacious and good view of river, bridge and incoming airplanes - can be a little noisy tho.

HhanrrI booked this hotel because it is relatively close to the Incheon Museum. After I checked in, I found it was better than expected. The lighting in the room, the air conditioning, TV, and a remote control are all done very well. There is a nice barbecue restaurant next to the hotel. (Off the topic 😂)
