"The location is perfect , the staff are helpful and kind. My problem is the noise. Specially you have trouble sleeping in the night and there u hear people talking outside the room with high pitch voices,
Parking is crazy. Its very difficult to find one.
The aircon is window type its makes the room
Cold but it creates lot of noise and supply at bathroom is not available i have to buy our own toiletries like bathroom tissue , soap , shampoo etc .
The bathroom door does not have handle or door knob just the deadbolt that i dont know what for . Wr need to use a thick tissue to close the door insert in between.
No table that you use to eat :("

GGuest User”I had a fantastic stay at The Penta! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfy 😊. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was great.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider heating the pool - it was a bit too chilly for my liking. That aside, I'd definitely come back!

GGuest UserThis is an older hotel I stayed at in subic . I is a long time serving the area . The rooms are basic and the WiFi in not to strong . It could have been better if the room had a kettle and some cups to make a hot beverage !! This is just a basic requirement for a hotel room . But sadly this hotel seems not upbeat to give this for the rooms . Overall the staff sons nice done not so nice . Good location near the beach . But the lack of basic kettle and cups is not what you would expect from a hotel .

彭彭阿祖The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, just in the Subic area. But the facilities in the room are really bad. Very old. It is a very good choice if the boss can take the money to redecorate.

GGuest UserPros+ - before booking, I asked the girls at the reception to show me the room, they showed me the room and after that I booked the room.
+ - delicious breakfast, but the website said that you could go to lunch instead of breakfast, at the reception they said that it was only breakfast.
+ good worker, helped out many times, showed how to use the safe, forgot the key in the room, he opened it for me.
Cons - it seems that the pool is not cleaned, a lot of insects are swimming, I wanted to swim, but did not dare.
Cunning staff - they reminded me that I did not return the card from the door, but did not tell me anything about the fact that I forgot the deposit of 2000 pesos, when I came 5 hours later, my money was taken to another place. A taxi at the hotel costs 500 pesos for foreigners

PPipExcellent value for money. 'Couple room' is basic and the little bit tatty around the edges, but that's why it's so cheap, I guess. The swimming pool is only big enough for a dip not an actual swim. Friendly helpful staff.
A little distance from the main buzz of the beach, which means more trees, less karaoke and fewer piles of burning rubbish. If you get lost following Google maps, continue over the small wooden bridge towards Bali resort and follow the lane on the left.

AAnonymous User2nd time staying in this hotel. This is a budget hotel and so you should adjust expectations but the location is perfect for those travelling to attractions within Subic/Olongapo/Zambales. Just outside SBMA maingate and walkable to Harbor Point and SM Olongapo and lots of nearby food establishments.

GGuest UserThe Suzuki hotel is ideally located with direct beach access. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was very good. Executive rooms spacious with water views
Only negative is the hotel has functions with large attendance with karaoke and music that is VERY loud, so loud the noise resonated through the room until 1am weeknights.
