"The room I stayed in was in fair condition. There are a lot of cobwebs. The lights weren't bright at all and I felt blurry and dizzy. The tile was broken at the foot of the bed. And the important thing is that when booking a different type of room, you can't get another type of room as reserved in the app. The staff said the room was full so they refused to let us sleep in a different room even though the app was open for reservations. Very bad, sorry. I won't go to this hotel again. The price is cheap, but the condition of the room in which you sleep is very bad, forcing you to sleep."

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Avani Khon Kaen Hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was super soft, and the overall vibe of the room made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel itself feels modern and well-maintained.
The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety and everything tasted fresh. The location is also convenient — easy to get around the city and close to shops and cafés.
The only small thing is that it can get a bit busy during peak hours, but it didn’t really affect my stay. Overall, it’s a solid and comfortable hotel, and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Khon Kaen.

AAnonymous UserNade 10e hotel is located in the center of Konkean city. There's 7-eleven in front of the alley. Hotel also has swimming pool that you can enjoy during the stay. The room is cleaned everyday as requested. The front man is helpful, they help us with luggage. The parking slot is enough. I will visit again if I come to this city.

MMe&uThe room is okay. It is near the road and easy to notice. The service is good. The food is okay but there are few options. The fried eggs are delicious and freshly made per plate. The wait is not long. The room is quiet on Mittraphap Road but I can't hear the sound of cars running. There is only the sound of opening and closing the doors of other rooms, which is a bit loud. And when cleaning other rooms, the staff is a bit loud. Other than that, it is okay and worth staying. 😊

GGuest UserThe vegetables harvested from the organic farm in the resort are very fresh and delicious. The staff is also very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The roads around the resort were bumpy, but I wanted to relax and stay in the hotel again.
